TEAM KEANE COVID-19 OPERATING POLICY (Version 5)

This policy outlines all guidance for our members and users attending Team Keane sessions from the 29th March onwards until further restrictions ease. All those attending our sessions or on our site at Ferry Wharf are required to follow this guidance and policy.

SAFEGUARDING & PROTECTING CHILDREN POLICY

The welfare of children is paramount both at Team Keane Watersports School and also within our wider community.
As such we follow guidance set out by British Rowing & British Canoeing.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

At Team Keane we value feedback from our members, staff and the general public, whether it is good or bad, we believe this feedback gives us an opportunity to improve our service, our relationship with our local community and those we operate with and around. If you would like to give us your feedback we would welcome an email from you to [email protected] where this will be received and investigated as an informal statement.
If however you wish to make a formal complaint we encourage you to go directly through British Rowing or British Canoeing following their complaints procedure so that your concern can be dealt with in the fairest way possible. Links to either of these policies can be viewed below:
