Once you have advanced your skills through the Development Group you will then be invited by the club to progress into the Advanced Adult Group.
This group is focused towards training as a squad and within crews aimed at competing at local and national events at a competitive level.
When you join this squad you will be expected to train towards scheduled racing fixtures at local and national events. You will train in set crews towards a minumum of 3 events a year and will be expected to race for the club.
As well as a set training plan to follow the club will provide x2 coached water sessions and a land based session each week. You will also be expected to complete the training set and record your progress and development with the club.
As part of this membership and squad commitment you will be invited to participate in regular club timetrials.
